Early Morning Play

Well, we were up at 5:15 this morning for some reason, so by 7:00 we had eaten breakfast and were ready to go (except for still being in our pajamas!). The boys really wanted to head outside, and since there probably aren't very many more days where we can just open the door and go out (without putting on layers and layers of clothing...), we just did it!
We call these boots "Gossie Boots" after some books that we have about cute little ducks who wear rain boots. D had lots of fun tromping and crawling around on the rocks and in the mud.
J told me a long story about the flowers.
And finally, some fun in the sandbox!
